Even as I type this blog, the muscles in my hand ache. Yes, my hand. And thats not all. The muscles in every part of my body from my ankles all the way up to my left earlobe are burning. Why?
Yesterday: 5:45 am: High intensity cardio class. Includes stepping, yoga, plank (ouch), jogging, bands, etc. Lasts 45 minutes and by the end my face is purple.
Yesterday: 7:30 pm: Aqua Zumba! Now, while this class isnt very high intensity, and I cant really feel it or sweat, I think it burns calories and tones muscles in the 45 minutes in the water. Very fun when last nights instructor teaches it.
Today: 5:45 am: FIT BALL. OMG. My stomach muscles were sore this morning (a little bit) from yesterday morning, but when I walked out of the gym from fit ball class, my legs were shaking, my abs were sore, and my whole body was numb. THAT was a workout!!
On the agenda for the rest of the week:
Tomorrow 5:45 am: Morning aerobic class (same as Monday).
Tomorrow 7:30 pm: Aqua Zumba
Thursday 5:45 am: Killer FIT BALL again. (If I can walk by then lol)
Friday 5:45 am: Morning aerobic class like Monday's class.
Thats 7 times in a week of working out.
I have to be honest, if I didnt have two friends practically dragging my sore butt to the gym, I probably would be sleeping at 5:30 in the morning, and probably wouldnt be giving up 3 hours of work 2 nights a week for Aqua zumba...but its worth it I hope.
Now, I need to try to regulate my calories so that I will lose weight.
