I have been missing in action it happened after Irene I just never got back my zeal and I am trying to start doing all the things that cause wieght loss. 1. Drink plenty of Water 2. Drink less caffeine 3. Don ont eat after 9 pm 4. get 8 hours of sleep 5.Exercise at least 30 minutes
3 times a week 5. reduce BMI I am still dealing with hurricane irene and insurance comapnies but I lost 3 lbs my nutritionist also gave me some better nutritional tips to make better choices with. I feel better now that I can back to spark people I missed my spark family. so to all the sparkies I am Baack.
