Maintaining My Goal Weight

I'm just 2 months into maintainance mode now and I'm happily eating more calories and working out every day. I've lost 122 lbs. and I'm feeling better than I did 30 yrs. ago!!! This has been an interesting journey that I'm so glad I took. I'm finally not afraid of my body and food. I know what I can and cannot get away with. Learning about my body and mind has been like getting to know a new friend and discovering all the quirks that goes along with this. I'm starting to feel "normal".
