Hey Friends!

So, I know that this whole sing-in-front-of-your-computer is more of a YouTube thang, but since a few of you requested I share my renditions from my performance Sunday night, Oct. 2nd, at the Mrs. International Pageant, I thought I'd post. (May as well, right? I share everything else here!) emoticon

This is my pre-performance rehearsal run-through for myself, so I could hear my sound, and see my goofy face before heading to the pageant. [My apologies for the HORRIBLE sound quality and blasting out of the speakers. Yikes.] I sang three songs last night as the entertainment portions of the production, all from the musical "Wicked."

Here, I am singing the song "Popular," sung by Glinda, the "Good Witch." The other two songs I sang were Elpheba's songs: "I'm Not That Girl" and "Defying Gravity." I have both of these recorded on my computer as well.

I do not have a performance recording from the evening, as video cameras were not allowed, and I'm not going to buy the DVD from the night for $15 (ummm no).

So, enjoy! (Or not.) This is me being exceedingly dorky in singer-mode. emoticon

Also, here is a pic of me from last night, with my biggest (or maybe tied-for-biggest) fan: my grandma!! She and Paul were the only ones who came to hear me last night, and I am soooo grateful they did. It was wonderful to have them in the audience to support me.

Do you want me to post another song??? Or is that too weird here on Spark? (LOL)
