October Goals

My goal for October is to become better fit.

I would like more muscle and better toned everything.

I am going to do crunches and push ups 3 days a week.

I am going to exercise daily.

Running, spinning, swimming, walking, etc....

I will try to do a better job tracking calories!

Here goes nothing!
