Well, the past months have been quite the struggle with my chronic fatigue symptoms.
While, I keep living my life and doing the things I enjoy; I don't get to do it nearly as well or as often as I would like.
I have been forced by my body to take naps in my car during my lunch breaks instead of going to the gym and getting exercise like I normally like to do. I have also had to rest and go to bed extra early many of my evenings after work; instead of gardening or riding horse or doing some sort of farm or household chore.
My weight has not changed; but I am starting to feel flabbier in my tummy and my thighs & butt do not feel like as much muscle.
Hopefully it is just my imagination, but I do not think so.
I cannot wait to go back into some sort of 'remission' again. My diet is whole foods, not processed... mostly organic, so that helps me alot; otherwise I bet I would have gained by now.
The headaches and sore throats have been the worst; but the fatigue that comes along with is a bugger too. Joint and muscle aches seem to be lowering somewhat finally.
I sure hope that October is a much better month.
There is so much more to do in this life than to have to spend so much time resting.
