Day #02, Sunday 2nd October 2011
Had ironed 50 pieces clothes yesterday, phew! And after 10 pieces, I would do strength exercises from "Dancing Queen: Chelsie Hightower's Workout"

out/?page=1 And the result, my clothes hill is getting smaller in the basket and I worked my arms (especially right arm) a lot, thanks to the heavy iron and the exercises, haha.
Trackers result:
1. Meals & water:
- 2 cups rice, 1 serving food (leftover watermelon from previous night) and 2.6 litres water
2. Sleep:
- 6.5 hours (had to force myself to leave the tv, did my Isyak and Witr prayer and straight away into bedroom!)
3. Exercises:
- Afternoon. Total 9 minutes strength training between ironing, not sure how long with ironing. Wall Sit With Leg Lift 3 sets of 20 reps. Passe to Second Position 3 sets of 20 reps. Scissors 1 set of 15 reps. Ballroom Swivel 1 set of 12 reps. Triceps Push-Up 1 set of 12 reps.
