Thank you so much to all the people who gave me advise. The very first remedy was right on do you know how red, red is. Just look at my face and see heaps of RED.

When I was deleting some of my emails I must have accidently pressed Junk and so all my sparkpeople emails had gone straight into my junk file. Now who is a silly duffer then.

Once again thanks sparkpeople friends who helped me out. You can guess I will not do that again.
