On Track and Making Progress

Hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend!
I am very proud of myself for continuing to track my food and make progress. This week I did not have a great weight loss…but it was a loss! Yay for that!
So I went from 229.4 to 227.8! -1.6 yayyyyyyyy! This is week 3 of logging and weighing in. I am very happy with the results and welcome October with a 1.6 lbs loss!
My goal for October is to lose an additional 5lbs, I figure I have 4 more weigh-ins at 1.5lbs per week give or take a lb. : )
Although, I did not exercise as much as I should have this week I participated in a 5K walk this morning and it was lots of fun!
Remember October is Breast Cancer awareness month! Love your boobies!
There were so many people there...It was so much fun!
They had cheerleaders cheering us on
music and food, t-shhirts and Ice cream, pizza, hotdogs and chicken burgers, energy drinks and chocolate milk. But I came home and ate a turkey avocado and swiss cheese burger! it was sooooooooooo good! lol
I got my t-shirt!
and tired feet to prove it!
