My first 5K run

Woo Hoo! I did it and improved my running time. I've participated in 5Ks before but usually only walking this time I took it seriously and ran about a 9 minute mile. So now my next goal is to run a half marathon. The 5k was too easy, i run that distance 3 times a week these days. A half marathon on the other hand would be a real challenge for me. For the first time in my life I feel like I actually could do that. I love my life and I'm grateful I found SP, so thanks all.
