I have thoroughly enjoyed my weekend. I indulged in a bunch of goodies but I did not over do it. I didn't allow myself to feel guilty about any of it either. I did my weekly weigh in this morning and I am pleased that I lost 4lbs.
I won't let this go to my head because I know this is nothing but water weight but it still feels good to know that I'm on the losing side. This week is very imperative to get all exercise in. That is my goal for this week. Cardio
and strength training
