Accept or Change?

The title of this blog is my choice now. I have lost about 40 lbs VERY slowly. Now I have a few more pounds to go which are proving to be reluctant to leave me.
So can I accept myself as I am ?
I do eat very healthily, low fat, I seldom go over my calorie allowance. I do what exercise I can. I know this way of life is permanent for me .
I have not ate processed food, sweet stuff and so on for years. There's no one big change I can make to get things moving again.
So I ask again, Can I accept myself as i am? Or do I look at everything I do and see if there are any tiny changes I can do. It has to be my decision but any advice welcome.
