For the third food blog for the INSPIRE Done Girls Seasonal Challenge, I photographed my meals on Friday. It was a strange day for me because I slept late and went through a box before I ate anything. Since I was eating so late, I decided to have scrambled eggs instead of my usual cereal and fruit. I also tried lentil vegetable soup and the Fage Greek yogurt with honey for lunch.
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and seasoned salt plus 2 small tangerines
Lunch: Trader Joe's Organic Lentil Vegetable Soup and Fage Total 2% Greek Yogurt with Honey
Snack: Roasted garlic pistachios, Kirkland Real Fruit Slices freeze dried apple slices, and Peanut M&Ms
Dinner: Hamburger on Orowheat Sandwich Thin with lettuce, tomato, and BBQ sauce, extra tomato slice, medium ear of corn, and 5 Dove Promises chocolates
Although it looks like a lot of food, I estimate that I stayed in my calorie range for the day, although since I didn't measure everything exactly (specifically the M&Ms), I'm not 100% sure.
