Its time to change

Today I started a 14 day boot camp with T-tapp. I'm going to see Rob in 13-14 days and I want to look a little better. Today was instructional workout 1, and tomorrow I'm gonna try to do instructional workouts 1 & 2 since I have a bit more time. My other goals include body brushing daily and taking my supplements. If I continue this on a regular basis maybe next summer I can feel comfortable in a bikini and get a sexy new one. If I'm there before then I'll get it and show off my new body in the hot tub. :D I'm not looking to lose weight or inches just to look better, I'm also looking to make life long habits out of these changes. I won't deprive myself of the foods I love, but I want to incorporate more healthy foods into my diet. These changes will be slow so I don't fall off track and life changing. The irony of this is it's the first of the month. That honestly had nothing to do with why I started today. I felt the motivation today and I'm running with it.
