My plan is completely INSPIRED by Jenn245, she has lost 81 lbs in 10 months and disclosed her "secret" as being CONSISTENCY. I know this is my problem, so I created my own 30 day challenge for a starting point for consistency and will blog my results everyday for 30 days.
I am posting this as a challenge with hopes it will become a HABIT!!!
~ ACTIVITY- minimum 30 minutes daily
~ WATER- 2 Liters daily
~FREGGIES- 5 minimum daily
