That's what they call me. Just kidding, no one has ever called me Mrs. October. But this year, I plan to be the queen of October.
Last October: Shuffling around, 41+ weeks pregnant, 225+ pounds (yikes! I have never "told" anyone that... and my boy weighed less than 7 pounds when he came out!), bloated, sore and scared about the future. But excited. So so excited.
This October: Power walking with my toddler in the stroller, *not pregnant*, 177 pounds, feeling empowered, feeling "the spark," making the changes in my life. Still excited.
I am making a major push to stick to the plan in October. I pledge to track my food every single day. I pledge to do at least 20 minutes of cardio every day (140 minutes per week). I am amped. I am ready to go. I am Mrs. October.
