This month I have joined a challenge, which I haven't done in a while but I think is just what I need to get my butt in gear.
Since my wonderful 4 lbs lose 2 weeks ago I have since gained 1.4lbs back. I'm not worried too much about this since it's my TOM but still don't like when the scale goes the wrong way.
So my goals during this challenge are:
*7-8 Hours of Sleep Last Night
*get back to the gym in the morning before work
*bag lunch for work
*Healthy Vegan eating 90% of the time
*8-10 glasses of water
*30-45 mins workout on average everyday, goal is 1000 fitness minutes this month
*10 min meditation daily
*NO Eating past 8PM
*eat between 1200-1400 calories per day
*Weigh-In every Saturday
