Thank you to everyone who left me such supportive statements on my last blog...This is why I spark! I really appreciate the people who affirmed my good decision making. I am happy to say that while I again did not lose any weight this week I did not GAIN weight either. My body seems to be happy right here-I'm not and I am continuing to work on my 5k program, zumba and eat healthy.

Last night on my way home from my zumba class I stopped to get my husband a mini Hawaiian blizzard-he adores them so every couple of months I will get him one. Normally I get myself something too but not last night and I didn't regret it at all!! emoticon

I am finding that my weakest part of the day is dinner-right after work, I don't want to cook, I don't want to think I just want to order. The past two weeks we have keep the weekly menu on the fridge to help husband to cook while I am working out (he tries to experiment and rarely succeeds) but it is also helping us eat in :) In another week my parents are coming to visit and I hope they see a difference, but I also hope they don't try to get us to eat all the junk we've been keeping out of the house...
