I love that you are doing SO fantastic. I know so many people who are doing great on the hCG Diet, and it is wonderful to know you CAN get the fat off. I talked to a woman the other day who'd seen Dr. Oz's programs and she was going to talk to her doctor this coming week. Got to love Dr. Oz. emoticon

I have to say, I never tried mac nuts during phase 2 but I don't think i could have trusted myself to stop either. I love, love, love them now!

i'm with Sandy, it took a while for me to find my "happy place" balance. But once i figured out how much protein, fat and carbs I need then I could live like that forever. i don't really feel the need to go looking for a cheat day. I love the foods I eat and splurge on occasion. I know now to do a correction day right away though if things go south! hahaha

Just think of all the delicious food you could be eating if you moved into Phase 3!

Stay away from those macadamia nuts. They are supposed to be a booster with only having 10. I like that apology gift. That is a good guy.

Be sure to tell me more about this other diet. One cheat day per week seems like a win-win. Do tell more.

Otherwise, you're doing great with your losses, Lisa. Hang in there. You only have like less than 2 weeks left. Here's to you finishing up strong.

I am glad you went out with him tonight. I think your black dress was very appropriate for the occasion. Next time maybe you can tell him that a weekend might be better if he wants to do the town ;) You do look tired tonight but your face is looking very slender as well. Those cheek bones are more pronounced than ever.
Is that the Dukan diet, I have been reading about it and it is interesting. I have been reading a book that has all the diets listed and what each one is all about. I know I don't use Spark at all just the trackers as far as getting my calorie counts. I do a 40-30-30 balance, 40% calories from protein,30% from fat and 30% from carbs. So that is what I am doing right now any way so I can keep my protein high for the B vitamins and carbs low because I gain when I eat to many carbs.
Have a good nights rest. Sandy
