It's been a weeeeeek! And I'm still the same freakin weight!! I should start taking measurements like really, this is just discouraging! But alas, I knew my body wouldn't change that quickly it never has and never will. I should probably try and refine my diet a bit more and try to eat less carbs, but damn it if they aren't delicious!
I did a 30 min run at lunch, then an hour long FORCE class at the gym. (A strength class). I even tried a bit of Zumba because it was the class right after and I thought I should give it a second chance. Nope, left half way through haha it's just not my type of workout. I don't mind feeling a bit silly but I couldn't keep up AT ALL so I was barely getting a workout in. I'll stick to running =P
Ate chips and pasta and bread and pop today...surprised I'm not over the 2000 calorie mark, I somehow managed to keep it at the 1700's. So good I guess but not great. Today was not the "new day" I expected so I'll bounce back tomorrow.
I'm excited for round three of SBSP! Gotta get my ab work on! (I think I'm a bit hyper tonight!)
Anyway, here's a progress pic and then I'm off to bed/read my book.
OH! ps, I bought a Roxy gym shirt on sale and I love it! This one:
I love new workout clothes so much I sometimes forget I need to WASH them once in awhile hahaha, gross! But ya, it's a good shirt!
