I have been back and forth in my nutrition but just a couple more days and it will be the first of October. I have gained weight and saw the true reality of it when I was able to step onto a friend's scale. I am up to 249.8- around 3 pounds higher than the last time I was able to weigh in. I suppose that with all I have had going on, 3 pounds is really not all that bad. So, I have to put things into perspective and find a solution that works for me. Nothing is ever going to be perfect but I have to try harder with what resources I have right now. Its hard for me sometimes because it seems that my circumstances change constantly and that I am always having to revamp my eating and exercise plans. I guess I had gotten to the point that I was tired of planning around these issues and gave up. I can't skip a month just because I have stuff coming up or I will never lose weight. Do I have alot coming up in October? Yeah, but I've got some stuff coming up in November, lots of stuff in December, and stuff in January too. So, come Saturday I am going to start all over, from scratch. I am going to bump myself back to the first part of the sparkdiet, plan my meals, and exercise too. I may even use the spark meal generator thing! I can do this! Will blog later about specifics.
