I am still logging the minutes/miles but let me tell you... working out is getting harder and harder! I am just a couple of days away from the beginning of the second trimester and I can certainly tell! LOL
On Tuesday morning, I did an hour of kettlebells and then went shopping all day. My back hurt ALL day. It was all I could do to keep walking around! Then, yesterday I did an hour of mixed aerobics and I felt great. But today, after an hour of P90X and then 20 minutes of P90X Yoga, my back was hurting again... in the same spot as Tuesday.
So I think I will take a rest day tomorrow. I like to get my minutes/miles in early in the week so we can LAND! So taking a rest day at the end shouldn't be so bad.
And I bet my back will thank me! :)
