Life is moving right along here in NYC. I have a new job (I LOVE it), I have lost 15 lbs, and am feeling pretty darned good.
My diet has been excellent, except for the occasional eating way below my calorie allowance. I realize that this is great for quick weight loss, but isn't so great for success at keeping the weight off.
Exercise is not going very well, however. I am not getting to the gym. By the time I get the subway home it is sometimes close to 8:00 PM and honestly, I am ready to cook/eat dinner and relax. I am up early to get to work and don't feel like I'd like to compromise on sleep on that end either...so what to do?
I got it covered! I will bring sneakers to work and head out during my lunch break for a half hour to 45 minute walk-- I can eat lunch at my desk later. And best of all, after 3 months on the job, my company will pay for a gym membership at the gorgeous gym right across the street! life IS sweet!
