Ok, a blog about a non-scale accomplishment. This should be interesting. . .
Dinner the other night. I made a family fave and could have had a full serving and been within my calorie range, but I would have been lacking in protein and carbs. I decided earlier in the day to have half a serving, fresh tomatos, and green beans for dinner. Making that choice left me enough calories to have cheese and blueberries for an afternoon snack, plus it made all my ranges happy!!
Plus, over the weekend I bought a new jacket. . . FROM THE KIDS DEPARTMENT!!! It's a girls size XL, but it fits me so well!! Maybe better than the ones from the women's department.
