Better day today - I was reviewing what i did the first round and remembered that I ate a couple more fruits and did beef broth a coupleof times a day for about 3 days til I lost the cravings then I was no even tempted to stray. So today I did an extra fruit (a really small orange) and an extra two melba toasts. I also bumped up my water a lot - i did well he first few days then slacked off the H2O. I think I was doing a bigger dose of HCG too. So I am going to bump that up tomorrow.
I did discover a yummy lunch - I used my serving of flank steak cut into smll bites then I used a half a can of diced tomatoes (make sure they do not add sugar!), a dash of basil and garlic salt and let it cook on low for 45 minutes til the tomaotes cooked down and the flank steak was fall apart tender. Yum.
to meet my sweet craving - I usee a tiny bit of coconut oil on a melba toast with cinnamon and a tiny bit of stevia or sacchrine. My version of cinnamon toast. I had forgotten that I did this last time also. I was worried about the coconut oil, but several people in the HCG support group have used it and it did not seem to slow me last time.
Now I am going to make notes for when I do round three after the new year. I think my success last time was that I let myself eat a little more approved foods for the first 2 or 3 days.
Thanks for all of the support - well with the exception of the HCG basher. I just read it, and understand that it comes from concern and lack of knowlege rather than anger.
