Thanks for your vlog! I know I have definitely changed, especially since really committing to myself and this journey. I started this in 2010 weighing in at 310 pounds by the end of last year I had dropped 79 pounds, but thru out 2011 I have managed to let myself regain 30 pounds, and it feels like starting over. Sparkpeople is really fabulous and helps me be honest with myself.I know you will do well here!!
Very good Vlog! Hmmm....I guess the only thing I can think of that I can't really do because of my weight is to ride amusement park rides. I can fit in a lot of them, but I would like to more comfortably.
I used to think if I could live to 60 i'd be okay with that...Not anymore, not when I am 45 now, LOL!
You mention 60 being old and I understand that it seems that way when you are as young as you are. I will be 60 next year but eat healthy and exercise and enjoy all activities that my 30 something nephew does. My goal is to stay healthy to enjoy life. I don't care how long I live as long as I am healthy to enjoy life.
I really like your bubbly personality. You can tell how you talk that you are a smart woman and I am glad you are going to get healthy now. Last year I did that simulated sky diving you speak of in Las Vegas and it was a lot of fun. I hope you get to experience it. What a great goal. 2008 days ago
CHLOE453 Loved your blog and you sure brought up alot of good points. I too have many of those same problems such as riding on a plane, wanting to go horseback riding, etc. We will both get to those goals and do those things that we really would like to do (not the freefall thing for me....hate heights). Take care and again loved your blog. Kelly 2008 days ago
Loved your insights into a very common issue. The good thing is that you realized that you want more out of your life when you are still so young. How amazing will the rest of your life be? What new adventures are out there for you? Honestly I am quite a bit older than you but even I am intending to live an active healthy life. Wonder which one of us will make the Guinness book of world records for old age? :) 2008 days ago
