September submission month day 28 report.

September is submission month in my mind. Time to take back control of what I eat and how much I exercise.

Progress:
-weigh in today 158.4 lbs, that is down ever so slightly from last week, but at least not UP! ( 3 pounds down from where I started...I think?)
-My clothes feel looser and I feel stronger and have more energy
- I started Couch to 5K running program and am on week 4 work out # 3 today.
-I am not craving a ton of sugar and chocolate any-more! yay! Eating somewhat clean and unprocessed.
- Trying to maintain having a salad a day.


Yesterday I was offered a spot at an International leadership summit and I am so excited to go. It is a 2 day event and lunch is NOT included, which means I can eat HEALTHY!
Whoo hoo!

All I have to do is write an article for the event! How cool is that! ?

We are enjoying "Indian summer" weather right now! SO NICE!

    You had a great month! Way to go on the Couch to 5K program (where can I find info? no treadmill but lots of outdoors)
    Congrats on being invited to the conference - have a great time and enjoy your home packed lunch which will be much nicer than any food you would get otherwise.
    Eating clean (ish) is the way to go - processed stuff messes with our bodies too much.
