I'm in the middle of my 7th week of Turbofire & have seen great results in the mirror, but I'm just not seeing much change on the scale. I know I'm packing on a lot of muscle (where did these biceps spring up from anyhow??), but shouldn't I still be losing the weight? Regardless, my clothes are looser & I'm looking better. I need to buckle down on my diet a little better now though. I'm SO damn hungry every evening after working out - literally craving the carbs! grrr...

    Glad to hear you are getting great results. Although we'd all like to see the numbers change on the scale, truth is muscle weighs more than fat. Putting on muscle may keep that scale where it is. If you're taking measurements it'll help to show just how many inches you've lost and using calipers (although it can be inaccurate) will show changes in body fat... which is what we all want! :) I wish you the best of luck on your journey.
