Lollygagging no more

I will not lollygag (or procrastinate) any more! I will hold myself accountable, I will track things so I am back on track. NO MORE EXCUSES. I am going to stop wallowing over why I allow certain things to take control, or the bad luck that I've had lately. Enough! I have to look at all the positive happy things in my life. I have so much to look forward to also. I did get some exercise in the past few days, however I didn't log it, and I ate more than I should have a few nights. Well, I am starting at point 1 again. Tracking everything I am eating so I can determine what changes I need to make (again) cuz I picked up a few bad habits from the past that need to go back to the past! I will do this.

Thank you for the friends who have encouraged and stood by me through the past few weeks especially!!! I'm feeling better emotionally, and your messages have really meant a lot.

    Yeah!! I can tell you I adore the nutrition tracker. I run the reports and look at what helped & what hurt my nutritional goals. I learn so much from it. I also adjust my eating like adding or cutting certain things based on the report. Granted these are things I could figure out on my own, but the tracker does all that work for me.

    I am also glad to see you exercise. Whenever I am blue it cheers me up. Did you have that experience?

    Tracking things is a hugely important strategy, for me. Good plan, Kaz. :-) Will help you hold yourself accountable.

    If necessary, find an accountability partner, and ask them to help hold you accountable, as well. (A SparkTeam where you can post daily calories and exercise. Or, someone, who is willing to check your daily logs. Whatever works for you.)

    You can do it. Remember, you're starting with all of your past knowledge and past successes. If you put those to good use, things can only go up. :-)
