I think maybe I need a goal date or deadline. Being loose with this takes the stress out of it, but also lets me meander along on my weight loss journey without an arrival time.
I think this week I will make some weight loss schedules I can work towards.
I think my first mini goal will be 5 pounds by Halloween. OK, there, I've made a challenge.
Just stay out of the candy aisle!
