Well, first you walk around a lot
(because some planes are pretty big)
while you're there you get a few lessons in control
you also learn that some things in life are scarier and tougher than losing weight
you see some fine examples of what being in shape looks like
and finally you see somethings that just fill you with awe and inspiration, which helps you to stay on track
