Well, it wasn't nice, it wasn't easy.
The outcome wasn't as good as I wanted but, with life, whatever is?
My final court appearance has now passed and now along with my mental treatment starting tomorrow, I can now start to concentrate back on the job properly to gain health and shed pounds.
So, here's to getting back to it .........................HARD!

Glad its all behind you now - its onwards and upwards from now on. I've let things slide lately and have put pounds back on so come on lets do this together! See you at the winning post. (Well I'll start after the 50th birthday party we're just off to!!)

So glad its over now Chris! You can put it behind you and start to get your life back on track!

I am sure the therapy will help, even though it takes a long time! Stick with it! Keep up the gardening and let us know how its going.
I have a Primrose in bloom, very unusual! Have you any strange happenings in your garden?
