Okay, this news is not new nor is it headliner. But maybe it should be.
Mothers who are obese are 10 percent more likely to have overweight daughters and fathers are 6 percent more likely to have obese sons.
I do not want to be the reason my kids become fat. I missed out on the chance to show them while they were young. I hope I can be an example, and motivate them to stay active and healthy.
I sometimes wish I could have a "do over", but hopefully it is not too late for my children. And hopefully they will pass it onto their children.
