since my last blog I have lost another 5 pounds....
I am still working with a doc and we are taking it 3 weeks at a time...
the downside is the local gym where I am a member of is closing its doors the last of this month..which leaves a 20 mile drive to the nearest one...which I have decided that my home will be my workout center for now on...I have steps-weights-stretch bands-I just will have to work harder at burning more calories (not to mention keeping track-machines always did it for me) but I am determined to go all the way...all the way to 130...I am taking it 3 weeks at a time.....
I start this three weeks off at
