So I've been trying the '30g protein within 30 mins of waking up' thing, from 'The 4-hour body'. Except I generally wait longer than 30 mins. But still. After 30g protein for breakfast, I am then not hungry for the rest of the day. No cravings for junk food at all. So weird. I kind of miss craving for junk food - Doritos and Haribo were so exciting back in the day!
