I'm looking for tips on creating a fun, regularly-updated, informative, readable blog. Hit me with ideas!
Some questions I have:

What motivates you to blog on a regular basis?

What site is easiest? I use blogger, but it seems like people love wordpress...? Or do you stick to SP?

Is it better to edit pictures (ala picnic) before posting them into a blog?

How do you get ideas when nothing comes to you (ie read other blogs, skip that day, write about something off topic...)?

Hit me with your best!

I blog a lot. I have my own personal blog and then I am starting our corporate blog for work. There will be days that you aren't going to want to write. I'm currently in that funk right now with my personal blog, so I am doing a 30 day picture challenge. There is a "rule" for each day and you have to post a picture that pertains to the rule. For instance, yesterday's rule was post a picture of you and someone you've been closest with the longest.

You could also do theme days like every monday is motivational monday, tuesdays are tuesday's tips, etc. (I work in marketing/advertising so sorry if that sounds very advertisy). I am constantly suggesting stuff like that to my clients and works well with them.

Good luck on being blogstatic. I'm sure you'll do great!
