    Hi Lisa, you crack me up. Sounds like you are torturing that poor "finance guy." He's going to be so eager to see you on Wednesday. LOL! Hope you have fun. I heard about the chicken, melba toast and the apples, but what veggie did you eat? Don't forget to eat everything together girlie. :) I eat a ton of zucchini, cucumber and red bell pepper. I like all of it raw too so I can munch on it for a snack too. I got a rotisserie chicken tonight for lunch & dinner for the next couple of days as well as shrimp. I picked up some more Grissini too. Love that stuff but I have to portion it out or I want to eat the entire package - I know you've been there! Sweet dreams and hope you have a nice dinner tomorrow night.

P.S. Ignore the people that give their unsolicited dire predictions/opinions. You and your Doctor know what you are doing and that's all that matters.

P.P.S. Did you ever imagine you would make a video pointing out your "fat pockets??!" ROFL!

    You look like you're losing. WOW . . . the 160s. I'm not there yet. 10 pound increments at a time. I'm glad you enjoyed the chocolate delights, but depending on how you divy them up -- they're like 1 calorie each. I use this small ice cube tray which gives me like 40. I can't wait to dive into them tomorrow. I love, love, LOVE those things.

I hope things work out with work for you. I still don't know what you do, but I know you do it well.

You are so funny with the "excess fat" joke. How are you liking that stupid shaker? I hated that thing. Did you ever see Ellen Degeneres making fun at that thing. It was hilarious. I should send you the link. But . . . if it works for Lisa -- GO FOR IT! I was just expecting so much more from it than I got.

  Hey Lisa,
I do see the fat pockets on your arms but it looks like fat deposits from the weightloss. Your body just needs to catch up. My friend had a gastric bypass and she is going thru the same thing. Of course hers is 100 times more than yours but the way it looks is similar. I think you are doing a great job with the weight loss! Keep it up and keep up the weight lifting. The arms will start to look better and better.

    Your chicken sounds great! But I'm also glad that you are eating protein again. Your body needs it with the exercise.

BUT as always, keep up the good work and hopefully you'll have some good losses in the next few days! Those little problem areas will be gone before you know it!

    Hey a loss is a loss no matter how small. You must remember that you need more than just carbs form apples to make the body function properly. When your body is lacking the nutrients it needs from proteins it will take what it needs from muscle rather than the excess fat, so I am glad to hear you started eating protein again.
I have that area of worry myself on the upper arms however mine is missing the fat so I just have the extra skin there, so I would welcome some puffy in that area:)
Your voice sounds a little raspy tonight I hope your not coming down with something.
So You have a date with the finance guy, now be sure you look pretty for him, wear something cute. Get some rest. Sandy
