    Run 2 races

Run three times a week

Strength train three times a week

Stay in calorie range.

Do pilates, yoga or work on a stability ball twice a week

I Really am Pumping up on My Workouts and Staying within My Calorie limits. It's coming down to the wire for me and I am determined to be at Goal by December 31 or Close enough where it looks like it. lol Grow More In The Spirit and Word and Things of God Period. Write with more Fervor on my Book and Poetry. Be More Than I've Ever Been in Life. Just Do It!

    #1) Logging in my nutrition and exercise on time! Those weeks where I kept track and didn't wait 2-3 days to "catch up" proved to be the best weight-loss weeks for me!

#2) Pull up my first ever sweet potatoes before the frost----healthy pies and souffles, here I come!
