Sports Bra Sparkies round 3 and other thoughts.

Thank you everyone for the encouragement and support! It really pushes me to get off my butt and DO THIS! So thanks again =)

The weekend wasn't too bad, except for the pizza I had Saturday night after the bar, but then I ate super well on Sunday. I went for a 6km run Saturday as well and did A LOT of dancing that night! My poor feet have band-aids covering up some painful blisters. Heels+dancing=flip flops for a week!

Today I have almost every meal planned, except dinner, I'm not sure what to make. I'm going to do some cardio at lunch, and some strength after work. I'm also going to start planning my marathon training schedule. (Sooo excited!)

Also Sports Bra Sparkies will be starting up Oct. 9 for round three!!! I think I'm going back to Jillian's workout, it got me the best results and helped me lose a few pounds in the process. The details are still being worked out, but we'll keep everyone informed. Now, off to the gym =)

    I've been keeping up with JM, but I haven't been doing the workouts reliiigiously. I'm soooo glad cycle three is coming! I really miss the weekly photos to help me keep my eyes on the prize! :P

    Great job with your meal planning!! I"m excited about round 3!! I fell off wagon and screwed myself big time during round two...so I need a nice kick in the tail!

    Look at you go on that meal planning! That's going to be your secret weapon for sure. I agree about going back to Jillian. The results were better. And, it's a great workout to always do because it works everything. I did it on Saturday, and got sore in my obliques and back. Still waiting to see your 'goal' costume!!!
