Thank you everyone for the encouragement and support! It really pushes me to get off my butt and DO THIS! So thanks again =)
The weekend wasn't too bad, except for the pizza I had Saturday night after the bar, but then I ate super well on Sunday. I went for a 6km run Saturday as well and did A LOT of dancing that night! My poor feet have band-aids covering up some painful blisters. Heels+dancing=flip flops for a week!
Today I have almost every meal planned, except dinner, I'm not sure what to make. I'm going to do some cardio at lunch, and some strength after work. I'm also going to start planning my marathon training schedule. (Sooo excited!)
Also Sports Bra Sparkies will be starting up Oct. 9 for round three!!! I think I'm going back to Jillian's workout, it got me the best results and helped me lose a few pounds in the process. The details are still being worked out, but we'll keep everyone informed. Now, off to the gym =)
