I am back on track and I'm so excited!! I know I am going to do this. Thank you guys for the encouragement that you give :) One thing I have realized over all this time of trying to shed these pounds is that I need to log what I eat and I need accountability! I have tried not writting down what I eat and it has not worked well for me. I tend to "forget" some things. I have cut out the nibbling here and there and have scheduled, purposefully, times for snacks. This has helped so much. I fully intend to stay on track, change my lifestyle and change me. I'm in it for the long haul.
