Last week, I read about a spark friend trying to change her signal for the end of a meal to something other than sweets. I was inspired and thought I should change to tea.
I told another friend about this and she decided to join me.
Then we decided to turn it into a mini competition: whoever meets less of their exercise and tea goals. Has to buy the other a tea. But, if we're not going to see each other in real life that week, then we switch to something on spark.
My goals this week: tea after 10 meals, and at least 6 days of exercise with an average of 20 minutes each.

- did 10 minutes of kickboxing
- walked 20
- did strength training for 10
