Hey to all, well one complete month gone by and although i am impatient withthe scale, i still keep trying as i dont have any of my own clothes to judge inch loss of shifting as icall it, although i have taped myself for inch loss not seeing much, but i am not detered- i keep working out and monitoring what i eat the best i can here. time to change the work out routine though so i am going to try for more cardio and only two days of strength training, my muscles are getting bigger, but the incles of fat covering them is not moving . all is well though emoticon
