i have to start over :(

I was down to 180 in April. Then my gym membership got messed up for like 2 months. I don't know why but eveything else went out the window when that happened. I looked up today and realized I've gained all my weigh back if not more. I'm trying not to cry because I know I can do it. I'm just so disappoInted in myself.

    I been there twice. Don't beat yourself up. Just get back on that wagon and start fresh. I lost over 102 pounds and made it to 184 in April today I am 195 cause I got sick and was laid up and just couldn't get back on track. But today I am making a fresh start and gonna take it one day at a time. I am gonna track everything and try to workout three days a week and walk as much as I can. We can do it together. I am gonna add you on as a friend okay..

    don't beat yourself up! i know exactly how that is - you get into a good rhythm and then you lose that rhythm (or even a part of it) and things just tumble down from there. don't worry, though, just start fresh in the morning and commit to working out at least 3 days a week with or without the gym (use the free videos on the site if nothing else!). you can do it!
