A week or so ago I finally got over a bad cold. I was sick enough that working out was not going to be healthy for me right then. I did stop tracking as well but I feel re-enegized about my goals and have set up a new short term goal, my anniversary just passed so now I am looking forward to my birthday and setting a new goal that is attainable. I am proud to say that I got right back into working out. I need to put some more work into tracking and thinking ahead about meeting my nutritional goals.
On a side life-related note my husband said something really sweet referring to our future children. (I am not pregnant but that will become one of our short term goals within the next few years.)
My current progress report is that I didn't gain weight while sick and not tracking.
