STILL STRUGGLING

NOTHING HAS CHANGED STILL HAVE LOST NO WEIGHT I AM NOW UP TO USING DUMBBELLS AND EXERCISE BANDS, AND LOGGING ALL MY FOOD AND WATER. STILL HAVE NOT LOST ANY WEIGHT. THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT I AM RECEIVING FROM ALL MY SPARK FRIENDS OUT THERE emoticon

    Hey Char.
It is like sweetlips says. And sometimes a person will gain wt. because of building muscles. May be a good idea not to weigh your self for awhile. Did you take measurements of your arms and so on in order to see a difference there even if you are not loseing the weight?
I too have been really struggleing. Especially with an increase in pain and my depression has relly been winning the last few days.
But, let's not give up o.k.? Keep making the healthy choices. And all of us are hear for each other. (((HUGS)))).

    Please don't be discouraged. Our body's has it's own clock and it will take it's time to get on board with our work. I am not sure if you were a yoyo dieter, but until we get the body to be confident in our efforts, it will stall us. Please stay focused and keep at it. How is your blood sugar and blood pressure? Are they improved? How do you feel day to day? Are you noticing more energy, what about your skin and hair? These are all important. Please do not give up - going backwards will erase all the other positives you have accomplished. emoticon
