My husband & I did the "Sweat 1-2" routine, and I must say it kicked my butt! I could NOT do most of the yoga (my arms are just not strong enough to go from downward dog to plank to upward dog). By the time I got done with all the kicking I could barely lift my legs at all. And the ab workout at the end was brutal. LOL I can always tell when I've done a good ab workout, I feel like I'm going to be ill.
I can't wait to reread that in a month and say "hey its easier now!"
