Power90 day 1

My husband & I did the "Sweat 1-2" routine, and I must say it kicked my butt! I could NOT do most of the yoga (my arms are just not strong enough to go from downward dog to plank to upward dog). By the time I got done with all the kicking I could barely lift my legs at all. And the ab workout at the end was brutal. LOL I can always tell when I've done a good ab workout, I feel like I'm going to be ill.

I can't wait to reread that in a month and say "hey its easier now!"

I have also just started Power 90 today, I did Sculpt 1-2 today and can feel it in my arms already! :)

    Great job doing Day 1! Yes, Power Yoga is a challenge. Stick with the workouts and you'll find yourself improving everyday! Good luck!

    WELCOME TO THE TEAM!!!!!! I honestly could not finish the workout on my first day. I am now on day 26 and it has gotten "easier" but it is still an amazing and tough workout! You are going to love it and you are so lucky to have such a good exercise partner! emoticon
