Being English I wouldn't usually spell Colour like that title. But it is the name of a web site on how colour can help in a diet!
I had read that eating off a blue plate makes us eat less! Intrigued by that idea I investigated more about colours that may help us loss weight
Blue isn't often seen in nature or natural foods (Yes I know blue berries!) But for generations blue in food was seen as a warning sign.
Look in a supermarket, there are very few cans and packets with blue as the main colour Without realizing it customers just don't buy food in blue packaging.
A blue plate is an easy item to try. One is on my shopping list now.
