Looking back over my week I did good. On Sunday I planned my week, I wrote down a week of lunches, suppers and what exercises I would do each day. I did good except Wed. - I am at work for 14 hrs I had lunch with hubby and I had supper out also. I didn't track my food on Wed. but I did great with everything else.
Today I wrote out my menu for this upcoming week, went grocery shopping and ready to start my new week.
It sure helped me to stay on track planning my meals and exercises for the week just hope I can keep this up in the weeks ahead.
