What a beautiful time of year, the summer's over but the chill of winter is no where in site. The leaves are turning such brilliant colors. The days are not as long but they aren't all that short either! However, fall is the season when our natural tendanccy is to gain a few extra pounds in anticpation of the winter ahead. Of course , this is certainly not what I need! So I want to impliment something into my life that will help me not to gain those few extra pounds this time of year. Therefore, I will not eat after 8 o'clock in the evening for the month of October (with the exception of the few nights I will be working 12 hour shifts). Eatting in the evenings is one of my weak points and I hope to improve on this.
I invite you to please join me in the challenge to impliment one thing in your life this October to minimize wt gain or facilitate your efforts to continue to be a healthier you. Please share this in this blog. In Novemeber we will check back to see how everyone has faired. Thanks....gogettergirl!

  Yea, it is Oct 14th and I have kept my commitment thus far to eatting nothing after 8 pm in the evening except for the 2 nights I worked. Hurrah. I sleep better that way too b/c if I eat before I go to bed, it gives me energy and keeps me awake .

  Yea, thanks for joining me on this october challenge. So far so good for me , I have managed not to eat anything past 8 o'clock thus far in October. Determined to stick to it emoticon

    Well you already know my story, My days and nights not being the norm. However I will find something to implement. I guess I need to come up with it before the week is up. I'm in the Oct challenge. Let's do it.

    Ok I am with you on this. I have a weakness for junk eating at night. I'm joining you in your challenge. No eating for me during the month of October after 8 pm. emoticon
