3 weeks makes a habit...hopefully

I've been at it steadily for three weeks now--exercising, eating healthy, recording my calories on Sparkpeople.

I sure hope this develops into a healthy lifestyle with healthy habits.

Sparkpeople makes this an adventure! That definitely helps. Plus I've lost more weight on this program than I have with anything else.

    Hopefully it becomes an addiction for you like it is for me. The calorie recording has been my problem lately though. If you ever have a week you think you're falling behind I'm always ready to cheer someone on :)

    Congrats! I just finished my first full week and I'm excited. I think the first few weeks have to be the hardest because its something new that you aren't used too. Congratsd on losing the most weight with this program too! emoticon
